In Toronto, Canada the cold winter did not stop the brethren from fellowshipping in celebration of the birth of Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol. The Apostolic Missionary Fellowship took place on January 25, 2009 and was attended by the locale churches of Toronto, Montreal, and Windsor. Eager brethren occupied the premises as the day began. This year’s theme was titled “The Apostolic Vision Global Evangelization” rooted in Mark 16:15-16.
Though it was cold, brethren quickly warmed-up with the words of God during Sunday school. Worship started mid-morning, as members and visitors were treated to a fully decorated stage with colours of yellow and green. The Toronto Praise and Worship team lead the opening with warming and inspirational songs for the Divine Worship, while, songs of praise extended our utmost praise to our God. Everyone was extra-jubilant and very much prepared to once again worship the Lord. The words of God were delivered by the Eastern Canada District Coordinator, Pastor Belle Obsanga, who stressed out the importance of apostleship in the Church. She further elaborated on the duties of the Goodman of the House and pointed out in return the role of each one in the Apostolic mission. Songs of praise were offered to the Lord by different local churches.
Everyone was blessed with those inspiring words and the underlying truth that came with it. After the worship service, visitors accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It was indeed a manifestation that God made his presence felt on that day.
The brethren were blessed by special numbers performed by members of the Church. The Elders rendered a beautiful song of praise and selected youth performed a moving dance number to the song “I Will Go”

In the afternoon, the fellowship commenced around 4:00pm with everyone on their feet clapping and singing praises for the Lord. Bro. Henry Arganda administered the opening prayer and was followed by songs, skits and video presentations which showcased and expressed thanks to God who sent a living apostle to lead His church. Again, Pastor Belle delivered God’s word which expounded on the fellowship’s theme.
In conclusion, this year’s Apostolic Missionary Fellowship was a success and everyone in attendance was truly blessed. The warm atmosphere brought by the intimacy they shared during the whole-day celebration resonated throughout and covered the cold and frigid weather. The calling of the Apostle is the calling of the church. As everyone bids goodbye, knowing the truth made their faith stronger and more surer that we belong to the true Church with the Goodman of the House leading us.
